Vermont Creamery was founded in 1984 by two young entrepreneurs, Allison Hooper and Bob Reese. They first collaborated when Bob needed to procure a fresh goat cheese for an event featuring all Vermont-made products, and asked Allison, a local producer. The event was a success and the cheese was a hit; Vermont Creamery was born that night. Its been 34 years since and the business partners are still making consciously-crafted, delicious dairy that reflects who they are and what they care about.
