For Adam Dick and Dustin Taylor, the concept of craft has been a guiding principle in their lives from the beginning. After hearing about what was going on in the American craft chocolate movement, they we were drawn to the common threads they saw in their backgrounds of wood-working and boat building, and crafting chocolate from bean. They began with the most hands-on approach, starting with raw cacao. Their three-week process includes no additional flavors or emulsifiers and results in chocolate that highlights the subtle flavors in the cacao they source worldwide.
