An AOC cheese and produced in the Auvergne region of southwestern France, Fourme d'Ambert is one of France's oldest cheeses. Quite mild, Fourme is creamy and dense, making it great for melting, and not likely to offend many, on a cheese plate. Pour some Sauternes or your favorite full bodied red for the full experience.
