Frank Castronovo and Frank Falcinelli are co-chefs and co-owners of New York-based Frankies Spuntino, which includes Manhattan's Frankies 570, and Brooklyn's Frankies 457, Prime Meats, and Café Pedlar. After decades of training in the world’s best schools and kitchens, “The Franks”—who grew up together in Queens, New York—reconnected in 2003 and opened Frankies 457 in Carroll Gardens, based on the classic, unpretentious Italian cooking of their childhoods. In 2005, Frank & Frank launched their own line of extra virgin olive oil, available at the restaurants and through retailers across the North East.
