Ever since Ali was little, she has been fascinated by nutrition and wellness. She was amazed that you could alter the way you felt through the foods you ate; infatuated that what we put in our bodies can regulate sleep, appetite and mediate moods. Ali went on to study nutrition at UC Berkeley, but unfortunately, the nutritional "information overload" caused food to become very stressful. After years of restrictive eating, she's spent the last few years retraining herself to have fun with food. Feeling weighed down by her often used peanut and almond butter, she sought after a nut-free alternative, but her efforts were fruitless. Instead, she created her own- Kween Granola Butter.
