RETURNS
Due to health regulations, we are not able to accept returns of food or beverage items once delivered or picked up.
REFUNDS
While we strive to deliver the highest quality of food in a timely manner, accidents happen. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please reach out to us at catering@greenegrape.com with the details of your order and your dissatisfaction. Disbursement of and amounts for partial refunds are decided on a case by case basis.
