Where can I pick up my Thanksgiving order?
All Thanksgiving prepared foods and turkey orders can be picked up at Provisions, located at 767 Fulton St. Weather permitting, there will be a table outside the store where you can check in with a Provisions team member to collect your items.
When can I pick up my Thanksgiving order?
Your order will be available for pick up on the day and time you choose at checkout. All Thanksgiving orders can be picked up at Provisions, located at 767 Fulton St. We ask that you honor the time slot you request and pick up your order during that window.
When do the birds land? 
Our turkeys will arrive on Tuesday, November 19. 
What if I have a question or I have to change part of my order or pickup time?
We’re always here to help! Please email thanksgiving@greenegrape.com and we will assist you.
What if I need to cancel part or all of my order?
You may cancel your order up to Monday, November 25th, 3pm. Orders cancelled after this time are not eligible for refund. 
How does payment work?
The total of your order reflects the full total for all items, as well as the maximum amount owed for turkeys and butcher’s select items, which are weighed. The total for weighed items will be updated the week of Thanksgiving, and you will receive a refund within the following week. 
What types of turkey do you offer and where do they come from?
All of our meat is sourced from farms we know and trust, where high standards of animal welfare are respected. For a deeply flavored, pasture-raised bird from a small farming operation based out of New Jersey, try our Goffle Farm turkey. We have multiple sizes of each bird—click the link to see the size ranges! 
How do the turkey sizes work? 
Each year we receive a limited number of birds in each size range. Turkeys will be sorted in the order that they were purchased. Depending on the year’s harvest, actual sizes may fluctuate by up to 4lbs. The turkey prices listed reflect the maximum price per size range for each bird. 
Exact weights won’t be known until the turkeys arrive the week of Thanksgiving. Your bird will be weighed as we fulfill your order, and you will be refunded the difference within a week of Thanksgiving Day. This policy is applied to all weighed products.
Do you have any holiday meat options besides turkey?
Yes! Our butchers have selected their favorite and finest options for our Thanksgiving menu. Try a capon, goose, or Pekin duck for an exciting addition to your table! 
Can I pick up turkey and sides on different days?
Absolutely! Please place two separate orders with your desired pick up dates for each one.
How do I cook my turkey/capon/holiday ham/duck?
We provide cooking instructions for turkeys and butcher selects, as well as reheat and preparation instructions for sides and pies, with each order. You can also view them here
Can you cook my turkey for me?
We offer a limited number of oven roasted turkeys, available here. Please note that these turkeys are only available for pickup on November 28th, Thanksgiving Day.
What size turkey should I order?
We recommend estimating 1.5lbs per person to account for bones and weight lost during the roasting process.
Will you spatchcock my bird? 
Absolutely! Add our spatchcock service to any Thanksgiving bird order for only $10. (Don't forget your brine kit!)
Can I add regular catering dishes to my Thanksgiving order?

Can you accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions for Thanksgiving items?
If we are notified in advance, we will do our best to accommodate any substitutions or special requests. Certain menu items list their available modifications, such as being made vegan or gluten-free; place your request in the order notes at checkout, or reach out to us at thanksgiving@greenegrape.com if you have additional requests after your order is placed. 
Will you be open on Thanksgiving?
Yes! Greene Grape businesses will be open regular hours during the week leading up to Thanksgiving. Below are our hours for Thanksgiving day:

Provisions: 8am-2pm
Wine & Spirits: 10am-3pm
