In 2012, founder Stanley Chase III forgot to set a timer on his vegan manapua recipe and overcooked the BBQ soy protein by mistake. He then did it over a million more times, on purpose - with the intention of bringing the world one of the finest vegan jerkys ever tasted.
From day one, Louiseville Jerky's ingredients have been Non-GMO certified, made in small batches, by hand, and with freshly sourced Kentucky ingredients. Their mission is to provide true artisan quality jerky while also contributing to their community, uplifting their allies, and reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
