Meredith Dairy
In 1991, founders Sandy and Julie Cameron left their jobs as a veterenarian and intensive care nurse, respectively, to work as full time farmers in Meredith, Australia. At the time, traditional farming was in turmoil; the new farm could not survive on selling their produce alone. They decided to milk sheep, then goats, to make cheese and yogurts, marking the beginning of Meredith Dairy. Sandy and Julie's vision is to protect and improve the land for future generations, and to contribute to a sustainable world, all while making amazing cheeses.
