It all traces back to that one summer Hedvig Bourbon was at home in Norway and there was a luscious just-baked scent floating through the air. She followed her senses straight to her Aunt Liv’s kitchen where she found her baking the most delectable Crispbread. It was love at first bite! Aunt Liv taught her how to craft them using the decades-old family recipe.
Back to her second, more permanent home in Brooklyn Hedvig went, where she started experimenting with the family recipe and serving it to friends and family. Altering the ingredients a few times to find the perfect balance, she finally honed it. Thus, Norwegian Baked was born.
