Our traditional boneless Heritage Hams are brined and then smoked overnight with hickory and applewood. The hams are moist and tender, with perfectly balanced salty, sweet, and smoky flavors. Available whole (8-10lb) or half (4-5lb).

Each preorder is priced at the maximum weight cost, at $14.99/lb. Once we weigh your ham, we will adjust your final price accordingly.
