Gift Card Terms & Conditions
Greene Grape physical gift cards may be redeemed only at the store at which it was purchased, which will be one of the following:

Greene Grape Provisions e-gift cards may be redeemed in-store, and at the following website: https://shop.greenegrape.com/
Greene Grape Wine & Spirits e-gift card may be redeemed at the following website: https://greenegrapewine.com/
Additionally, your Greene Grape Wine & Spirits e-gift card may be exchanged one time for a physical gift card in-store at Greene Grape Wine & Spirits. This exchange is irreversible. No physical gift card may be exchanged for an e-gift card at any time.
Any physical Greene Grape gift card cannot be redeemed online.
Treat this gift card like cash. If the physical gift card is lost or the e-gift card receipt email is deleted, it cannot be replaced. All purchases of gift cards are final sale. No refunds will be issued for purchases made using gift cards. Any faulty product purchased with a gift card may be exchanged in-store for the exact same product.
Gift cards may be reloaded in a new transaction if they are presented at a register. All additional funds loaded onto gift cards are final sale.
To check the balance of a physical Greene Grape gift card or Greene Grape Provisions e-gift card, present the gift card or the email containing your e-gift card to a cashier at the corresponding Greene Grape store. You may also call Greene Grape Provisions at (718) 233-2700 or Greene Grape Wine & Spirits at (718) 797-9463 and recite the number under the gift card's barcode.
There are no fees of any kind associated with this gift card. If any Greene Grape physical gift card or Greene Grape Provisions e-gift card retains a zero (0) balance for 90 days, it will deactivate. A deactivated gift card may be reactivated in-store. All Greene Grape gift cards and e-gift cards will expire 9 years from the date of purchase, unless the card carries a balance. Deactivation is not expiration; an expired card may not be reactivated.
Use of any Greene Grape gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms & conditions.
